Hi! My name is Robert B. Kolb; I go by Bob. 

I am 51 though I feel like 18 sometimes and I have lived in North Idaho most of my adult life. I currently live in Coeur d’Alene with my teenage son, or alone.

I have been a realtor for over 18 years; previously I worked in hospital Pharmacies for 10 years. As a Realtor, I have specialized in residential – residential on acreage and new construction, mobile homes, distressed properties – REOs and foreclosures, and investing (in real estate.)

My hobbies are boating/fishing, cooking, gardening, games, internet research, and I am a member of the History Channel Club, and Fernan Rod & Gun Club.

I don’t take on every client but those I do will get full service.
